Welcome to our Manor House

I have 1 very spacious 1st floor double bedroom, and 1 spacious 2nd floor double bedroom to rent in a large manor house with an indoor swimming pool, and some great housemates.

The bedroom for £480 per month is pictured as the white bedroom with lots of sunlight. The Green carpet bedroom pictured has been taken however I also have a slightly smaller double room to rent on the 2nd floor at a very reasonable £430 per month. I am away in Germany until the 3rd, when I will take some new pictures.

Location is a 20 minute drive from Chelmsford, 15 minute drive from Basildon. The train station is 5 minutes away by foot going to London Liverpool St.

In addition to the swimming pool, our house offers a games room with a snooker table and some weights, and a big garden, perfect for summer.

There are several people living here with various different occupations. We are all really friendly and usually share company and food every night. We all get along really well, and we're looking for somebody who is sociable to move into the remaining rooms.

We have 2 kitchens, 2 showers, 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets, so it feels like there are far less people living at the house and we are all clean living.

We are aged from 27 to late 30s. So, we are ideally looking for somebody around the same age group. I am mainly looking for professionals but will certainly consider anybody in long term employment.
