We have a lovely double furnished room to rent in a large modern house situated in Southend. 10 mins walk to main line C2C station with direct links into Fenchurch Street, walking distance to Thorpe Bay Broadway and Thorpe Esplanade. Direct bus route into Southend Town Centre and easy access to London Southend Airport, Southend University and Southend Hospital. Located in a very nice area.

The room is fully furnished including TV, free WI FI, all bills included, use of a large fully fitted kitchen and open plan lounge/dining room backing onto a large un overlooked landscaped garden and offering off street parking. We have one small friendly dog; smokers are welcome but outside only. We are a proffessional couple who are looking to rent out our spare room. As we both work the house is pretty quiet. We enjoy nights in front of the TV with the occasional glass of wine and good food. We have many varied interests including Formula one, cooking and music. Single occupancy only.
