Room To Rent In Large House

Double room recently redecorated within large family home we already have a couple lodging with us and would like another person to rent our spare room. The room comes with single bed ,wardrobe, storage ,fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and free view box , free internet, central heating and includes all bills also lock on door. Situated close to main line station at prittlewell ,on the Liverpool street line and main bus routes its also only 10mins walk to town center and off street parking is possible.
Our family consists of myself a gardener, my wife who works in retail ,our 21 year old son also in retail and my 19 year old daughter just left college, we have some cats and dogs but they are very well behaved.
You have use of very large kitchen with usual appliances and bathroom with large walk in shower. The house has a slightly odd layout but is very large inside we have had comments of it being like a tardis. My eldest daughter has a tea and coffee room a couple of doors down, there is also a nail salon at the front of the house. There are also a number of other small shops close by. There are also 3 large parks within walking distance .
Must be working with rent paid through bank account ,no smoking inside
