Looking for relaxed, social housemate

Two relaxed, friendly girls are looking for new housemates to share a two storey family home with a shared front room, kitchen with washing machine, garden and two bathrooms in a residential neighbourhood. The town centre, travel centre (buses) and Southend Central train station are all within walking distance.

We are looking for people we can build a friendship with, who are open to having shared meals and nights in playing games or like going out to the pub together.

A little more about us: we are big fans of Harry Potter and talk about this a lot. We enjoy popular culture, board games, video games and both share the same stupid sense of humour. Please tell us something about yourself when contacting us, so we can judge whether you'd be a good fit.

About the rooms: we are looking for someone to move in ASAP to one of the upstairs double bedrooms. A second upstairs bedroom will become available from 15-11-2014 onwards. This room comes with a hardly used Ikea bedframe, and the mattress (good quality, has only been used for two weeks) can be bought with it, too.

Utilities and tax would come down to about 70-100 pounds total per month. The landlady has requested any possible tenants have their references checked first. Please take this into account when responding.
