We are 2 friendly 25 year old female tennants currently living in this newly refurbished, clean and central property in Southend on Sea. Located within the lovely conservation area, only 10 mins walk to the high street, seafront, main bars and restaurants.

The property has 5 bedrooms, 3 double rooms are currently available to rent.
The house consists of a good sized kitchen, dining and living area with flat screen tv and Netflix, rear garden with patio seating area and a bbq perfect for summer! We also have a downstairs toilet, 2 further bathrooms and a couple of the bedrooms have their own TV's!

Fully fitted appliances including washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher and dryer. Our landlord is extremely helpful and can provide a free parking permit upon request.

We are looking for females who are clean, tidy, sociable and easy going. We enjoy socialising on the weekend, but also appreciate each others own space. We are both 25 and full time working professionals.
