A little about me;

Hi I am James, I am looking for someone to (lodge) rent my spare room in my new build flat. I am a professional building surveyor working in London and Southend on Sea. I grew up in the area, I am 6 feet four tall and large build, a friendly giant, and I like to think intelligent and well spoken. I tend to get on with most people.

I am admittedly a bit of a geek so someone who doesn’t mind that would be best. I enjoy books, sci-fi and fantasy, TV shows like Game of Thrones, Penny dreadful and Action movies. Computer games (quietly).

I am also currently on a health drive so running and gym.
