Central Southend - Double Bedroom

Live in landlord….however, I am going away for 6 months so you will have the flat to yourself. It would suit someone who is happy being in the flat alone or someone looking for there own space for 5 or 6 months….possible longer but can’t guarantee this currently.

The double bedroom on offer is a good size room with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, two bedside tables and a view from the window!!

You will also have sole use of the main bathroom so no issues with having to wait to use the bathroom….same with the kitchen and lounge tbh!!

The flat is clean and tidy and I am looking for someone who is also clean/tidy, cleans up after themselves and is willing to look after the flat like it’s there own.

I am gay so you need to be happy with that in case there is any point in time we are both at the flat.
The flat is on the 5th floor and is bright, airy and modern
The flat is a short walk (2 mins) to Southend Victoria and 8 minutes’ walk to Southend Central train station to get into London (Fenchurch Street), 50 minutes. The flat is a 4 minute walk to the town centre and cinema and less than a 10 minute stroll down to the sea front/pier/beach

Bills Included: Broadband, Netflix, Now Cinema, TV licence, council tax, and water.
The electricity we can discuss and decide on. I can rent the flat for slightly more and pay for electric myself (there would be a cap) or charge slightly less for the rent and you can take out your own electricity service.

The flat is 100% electricity and last winter my bills were max £100 a month

There is a parking space available (if required), at no extra cost

This is a slightly different offering to the usual live in landlord flatshare and is more like a cheap flat let.
The reason that I cannot rent the whole flat out is in case my work situation changes.
If so, I may need to move back after 6 months.
