Pets I'm not sure about; it depends, lets see what they might be!

Due to quiet lifestyle of LL property would suit pilot as LL would be respectful of need for quiet due to nature of aircrew work.
LL has experience of Ryanair aircrew and cabincrew.

LL wouldn't object to occasional guests; even overnight ones!!...................live and let live and all that.
No children ever enter the property and ordinarily would not be welcome.

LL has flexible outlook and it maybe that LL is away from the property for many months at a time.

LL appreciates nature of changeable domestic circumstances and has no objection if lodger wishes to terminate early.
Essentially LL is not that bothered whether there is a lodger or not.
An LRS Tenant Referencing Passport will need to be shown to LL or lodger won't be considered obtainable from landlordreferencing. co. uk.(Note this is NOT a LL requirement but if no TRP is provided then the lodger won't be considered except if aircrew)
This should cost about £40 per lodger and is valid for about 3 months.
Any aircrew will not need any referencing apart from showing employment contract and passport
No fees will apply for aircrew.
Am still sorting out moving in chaos so not ready to let yet but OK to come and view as it is!!!

The house is within easy reach of the airport via bus 22 mins; cycling 14 mins; car 8 mins
Walking 48 mins!!
Bus stop is 9 mins walk away at Southend Victoria stn.
Sainsburys is 5 mins walk away.
