Available from the begining of January 2024 and will be available for a short term only of 2-3 months - A furnished large double room with its own large bathroom and shower in the Southchurch area of Southend on sea, close to shops and bus stops a short walk to Southend East station.
The spacious room has good storage a tv, desk and small sofa and wifi with a double size bed. The separate bathroom/toilet has a bath and separate shower for your own use not shared.
Full use of the kitchen, dining and sitting area, with all the usual appliances and its generously kitted out.
Great outside space with seating and barbecue.
We are looking for a single professional person to share our home, we also have four very tiny dogs.
We are both busy working women and are looking for someone that is also working or a student. Its essential for the person to be very clean and tidy although a cleaner can be arranged (£15 ph)
You will need your own bedding (4' 6" bed) and towels.

You need to provide proof of identity, employment and income.
Depending on your situation a Guarantor for rent payment may be required. Your Guarantor has to be a UK home owner.
