Single Furnished Room All Bills Female Home

Hi I'm Angie and I've got a very nice single room to rent in my three bedroom family home in Stanford Le Hope.

I live with my daughter (22) who is currently studying full time at university. We have a cat and a couple of other small furry pets, so ideally you would be an animal lover.

The room is furnished, with single bed, shelving unit, large dressing table, lamp, and a separate large walk in wardrobe on the landing just outside. Sorry no TV. The photos I have attached do not show the new bed or dressing table as I'm currently in the process of moving furniture around etc prior to your arrival.

Large shared living room and dining room, large family bathroom with shower, corner bath and fully equipped kitchen. Wifi is included as are gas, electric, water and tv licence.

Less than 3 minute walk to mainline overground station (Stanford Le Hope) which links straight to London. Driveway parking space if you have a car.

Female only as we would not feel comfortable with a male we don't know well. Professional female non smoker only (neither of us smoke) and you must be full time employed. I do not mind any age or sexual orientation as long as you are clean, tidy, reliable and not a nutter! :)
