Double room on the first floor in a friendly shared house in Tilbury.

Has Wifi/broadband and most mod cons except for a dishwasher & tumble dryer.

5-minute walk to local shops & 15 minutes walk to the train station.

The room is charged at £600 per month plus a contribution towards the Gas & Electric which would be split 5 ways.

Just to give you an idea about my home.
It's like a family home i. e. everyone gets on well with each other and we have a nice balance in the house.

If you are NOT able to get on well with people or communicate properly in ENGLISH then I don't think this is the place for you as it's important everyone gets along in my house.

There are three other lodgers in the house. One on the ground floor and two upstairs on the first floor.

One of my LONG-TERM lodgers has some house cats that remain in her room upstairs.

My other lodger has his little daughter that comes over on the weekends.

I have a BIG back garden which is fantastic for BBQs and garden parties in the summer, but it also means that everyone helps out with the maintenance of keeping the garden looking nice, etc.
