Kitchen has fitted units, an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, electric kettle and toaster, plus kitchen implements and crockery – all you’d need; glazed tiled floor.
Bathroom has WC, shower and hand basin, with a glazed tiled floor.
Heating comprises two recently fitted electric radiators, and wall fan heater in the bathroom.
Wireless internet connection available; cost of electricity is charged via a monthly check meter.
Tollesbury is a great waterside location with a strong community spirit. We have a good selection of shops (two grocers, baker, butcher, chemist, hairdressers and garage etc.), and a good range of community activities. If you are a sailor, walker or birder then the Blackwater Estuary and seawall will be the perfect place for you to enjoy.
Local towns are not far away – Tiptree 6 miles; Kelvedon 9 miles; Maldon 9 miles; Colchester 12 miles; Witham 13 miles. We have a reliable local bus service called Hedingham Omnibuses that serves the village well. There are regular mainline trains to London from Kelvedon and Witham.
