House is within 10 min walk to district line tube upminster bridge station brings you directly into london within 30 minutes and 5 minute walk to bus stop. romford is 10 minute ride on bus, there is couple of 7 - 11pm convienance stores within 5 minute walk, 2 main shopping centres within 10 - 15 min walk. lakeside shopping centre is 5 mins on train or 20 min bus ride or 10 min drive away, there is a large field adjacent to house. please contact us on telephone provided, or email

garden at the rear is not for lodgers use.

only clean and quiet people as in nice residential area, no friends visiting unless between 9am and 9pm and no more then 4 hours , and not on a regular basis, maybe twice a week. no loud music.

parking is readily available on the rd, not on my drive, as that is for us.
