Double room with attached double room

Single working female looking to rent out my spare rooms, I say rooms as it's a double room with an attached double room which is used as a lounge, furnished with a leather sofa and tv, both rooms are fully furnished. I have a small dog {jack Russell}
It's a very clean house with a back garden in a quiet dead end road, parking after 6pm close to the house can be a challenge.
Central heating but due to high ceilings open fire places and big windows it can get chilly in winter so an added heater in room is supplied which would benefit in cold weather
Bath and shower on situ with combi boiler so always hot water available.
5 min walk to tesco's and town centre. Smokers are welcome but just not in the house I use the garden.
