Double room in recently refurbished house

Hi. I'm David. I'm a 29 year old professional working in London for a web development agency.

Looking for someone interested in my spare double room. There is a shared upstairs bathroom with toilet and wash basin, along with another bathroom downstairs with a bath/shower.

The house was completely refurbished a couple of years ago so is in really nice condition. And I'm a tidy person :)

I have a small but decent garden, where I'm trying to grow some things like tomatoes and some fruit! Small lawn area and a solid surface at the back. Also have a BBQ which I try and use whenever I can, rain or shine.

House is located with 20 min walk from Chafford Hundred c2c station, in the Oyster zone, taking you directly to Fenchurch Street. Or it's about an 8 minute cycle, with a bike parking rack.

Looking for another professional, someone who either works in the local area, or in London. I'm a really liberal, green, left-wing kind of politics person, and an atheist, so someone with the same attitudes and beliefs is essential!

I'm a sociable person, and am out some nights, either for drinks with friends, or in the gym later at night. I work from home somedays.

The room is unfurnished (the pictures are from when I had a bed in there). Though, Ikea is a 2 minute drive away, so it wouldn't take long to get it comfy!

Rent includes all bills.

I have fibre internet with wifi.
