The room available is a large upstairs furnished spacious double room, includes double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house has all the features of a Victorian property. There are 3 separate reception rooms - lounge, dining room & spare room, family bathroom and downstairs WC, so plenty of space!

The room is available from now. Mon-Fri let can also be considered as well.

I work as a design manager in London and the other housemate is Terri, she is a manager of a local deli. We are both very easy going and enjoy relaxing in the house of an evening!

I’m looking for a person who is a working professional, friendly and respectful. I would prefer someone who has previously lived in a houseshare and is responsible and trustworthy.

The monthly rent includes ALL bills: council tax, gas and electric, water rates etc, we have Virgin TV, WIFI and we also have a cleaner once a fortnight (communal areas).

I have a rescue tabby cat called Millie.

The house is ideally located between Westcliff and Prittlewell stations for connections into London, close to the hospital, A127 and walking distance to Hamlet Court Road with all its shops and cafes. Please note there isn’t any dedicated parking, street parking only.
