The room is very large with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table. There is plenty of room for additional furniture.

The flat is 15 min from Westcliff Station (45 min to London on the train), a 10 minute walk to Southend hospital so perfect for NHS workers and 25 minute walk or short bus ride in to into Southend itself. There is ample off street parking. All bills are included in cost, including all utilities, broadband and sky TV. The house currently has 2 females professionals aged 25 and 27.
