I am looking for nice people to join a houseshare in my very large house in Westcliff. I have one double en-suite room, with double bed wardrobes, tv point and en-suite with shower, bath, toilet and sink. I also have a balcony double-room which has a double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers and desk, with a south-facing balcony overlooking the garden and towards the sea. Sole parking on the driveway is also available. The house is maintained to a very high standard, with modern kitchen, range cooker, Bosch and Samsung fittings, separate dining room, additional large lounge with leather sofas and flat screen tv and balcony, four bathrooms (two-ensuite) and south facing patio garden, driveway and garage .
All bills are included, including unlimited BT Infinity WIFI. All rooms have TV points, radiator thermostats and air-vented windows . The house is close to Westcliff Station (five-minute walk), so excellent for commuters and two-minutes from the seafront. It is also a 5 minute drive to the hospital (1.9 miles) and airport. Convenient for Leigh-on-Sea and Southend town centres, including the university. The housemates are a mixture of quiet and sociable people and all are respectful.
