Hi , I have a double room to rent in my house. Currently there are 3 female housemates living here. One lives on the 2nd floor and has her own en-suite and 2 live on the 1st floor and share a bathroom. One of them is leaving for work reasons. I am the live in landlord and I have my own rooms on the ground floor including my own en-suite. The house has been recently renovated and re-decorated. The available room has cable television and there is wifi in the house. There is a new shared kitchen with washing machine fridge/freezers and microwave with a lounge /dining area with television. To the rear is a utility room for drying washing. The other tenants would like the new housemate to be female. There is a friendly atmosphere and all the occupants
get on with each other. The house is in easy walking distance of the hospital and southend town centre.
