Room To Rent In Westcliff-On-Sea

Me and my flat mate have a room to rent in our flat. We are looking for someone to rent this room, we are looking for someone who works full time and is fine with cats and has to be gay friendly, clean bright flat.
The rent includes all bills like water, gas, electric and the room also includes broadband and a virgin tv, you will also have a shelf in the fridge and freezer and everything in the kitchen is shared :)… the room also includes a wardrobe if needed and a desk plus tv, we have a double blow up bed avalible if you dont have a bed. we also have off street parking to the rear of the flat
Me and my flat mate both work I work as a carer and my flatmate adam works as a radiologist at hospital.
The room is available ASAP and all viewings welcome :)
5 min walk from westcliff train station and 15 mins walk to southend high street
We are not taking a deposit but we are asking for a months rent upfront
