I have 1 Small single room available for Rent from August, in a large recently refurbished flat in Westcliff on Sea. The room is small box room with a single bed and wardrobe, however there's plenty of space in a nice communal lounge and large kitchen to compensate. The flat is 15 min from Westcliff Station (45 min to London on the train), 10 minute walk to Southend hospital, and 25 minutes into Southend itself. Parking available, and all bills are included in cost, including broadband and sky TV. The house currently has 2 friendly females aged 22-25 so we hope to find a friendly, and considerate female housemate to share with, either students or young professionals ideally 18-30 (or older if you are young at heart!)
