Warm and Friendly South Indian couple to share

We are willing to share our newly refurbished home with someone who is outgoing and friendly. We have a 19month son who is constantly active when awake. But that does not mean you will be disrupted with any privacy you expect. We have a broader living lounge to sit and relax after work with a cup of tea/coffee with 100mbps broadband speed and Virgin XL entertainment package to browse. We are from Indian origin and we both communicate in a good standard of English. I work as an Assistant Manager in a Retail outlet on the High Street, where as my husband is a Secondary School teacher in a local school. The train station is in less than 5min of walking distance. The local High Street is less than 3min of walking distance.
