We are looking to rent a room on the 2nd floor.

Next to Leigh-on-Sea with boutique bars restaurants, shops and Leigh Old Town with great seafront pubs and restaurants.
Westcliff High St just above Westcliff Station.
Southend shopping center is near-by within walking distant along the sea front.

Contract:
6 months contract (can be on-going)
We require 1 month rent £595 & 1 months dept £495 in advance.
