Great location 10 mins walk to the High St, Southend Central, Southend Vic& Westcliff stations. Street parking is free no permits required.

Very close to town - location is so handy to everything. Sky plus HD in both the lounge & in the separate kitchen.

All furniture provided including in your room your bed, mattress and wardrobe but by all means bring your own stuff too. Your bedroom is larger than it looks in the photos at approx. 12 square metres. Smoking ok if outside only.

Free unrestricted parking on street.
