I have a full double room for rent fully furnished. I am looking for an easy going flat mate to replace the outgoing tenant. she has recently bought her own place. I am offering full use of the flat which includes all bills including council tax, internet. Food not included and working tenants only please.
I am very easy going and social.
The flat is extremely close to Chalkwell station with direct links into London Fenchurch st, an ideal location for a commuter. Its also a short walk to the bars and restaurants of Leigh on sea and an even shorter walk to the beach!
