20 min walk or short drive to Wickford Railway Station.

Price quoted as one adult, if additional adult a further contribution to the bills.

Bills included Gas, Electric, Water, Council tax and broadband (within reason). If excessive extra will be charged.

We are a professional couple that live occasionally in the property as travel for work.
