There is a regular bus service (#131/132) that runs from the bottom of the road only 100 yards away from the front door. The town centre and train station are just over a mile away.

The property is only 6 years old, and is finished to an exceptional standard.

The bedroom is a large double room. It contains a built in full height sliding mirrored double wardrobe with hanging rail and shelves. The room is a very good size and will easily accommodate a king size bed and the usual bedroom furniture. The room is provided unfurnished.
