The house has a reasonably sized garden, a shed, a garage, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, seperate toilet.

I am looking for someone quiet, tidy and clean. I do not mind smokers, but no smoking at all in the house. No pets at all. All bills are included. Food will be your only additional cost.

Along with myself, one other person lives in the house.
