Double Room to rent Crossgates £250 pm inc bills

I have 1 x Double Bedrooms to rent in my home in Crossgates; very close to Dunfermline, Queen Margaret Hospital, Carnegie College, Amazon, Duloch Park. I am close to the Queensferry Crossing under construction.

The village is close to the major motorway network for Fife, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee & further north to Aberdeen, Inverness or to the opposite down South to England. There is a bus stop close by. Car Parking is via the street.

The area is very quiet which I think is a plus with the bonus of a querky pub closeby!!!!

Facilities: the main bathroom is shared but adjacent to your room; with a separate 2 way shower and a deep big bath. There is a separate downstairs bathroom as well. There is wireless broadband throughout the house, TV & DVD in each room and SKY TV in the house. All mod cons are in the house eg washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, outside drying area. There is a nice back garden outside as well.

Ideally I am looking for someone who is honest, reliable, trustworthy etc. I am the same and expect the same back. I am easy to get on with and quite a sociable person lol. Any questions please get in touch, thanks.
