The house itself has double glazing and a new kitchen and central heating system.
There is cooking facilities within a shared newly fitted kitchen and cupboard space, fridge and freezer space. Laundry facilities are available. There is also a dishwasher. The bathroom has bath and over the bath shower.

Essential basic bills are covered in the cost of the room being reasonable and fair consumption. There is Wifi connection. A TV licence already covers the property and so a TV in the room is a possibility if you wish to bring one. You should have your own insurance to cover your personal valuables such as TV/laptops etc.

The property is close to Adam Smith Colleges. It is within walking distance and/or short bus journey to Glenrothes College. It is on a good bus route for Kirkcaldy and Elmwood Campus'. There is a train link in Markinch 2. 5 mile away for Edinburgh , Dundee, Dunfermline.

The property is minutes away from the Biomass at Tullis Russell and within easy and quick driving distance of Diago in Leven. It is also very accessible down dual carriage way to Moss Moran in Cowdenbeath and for Bridge Workers near Rosyth/North Queensferrry.
