It is a fully furnished House, shared Shower room and W/C. Rent will be £350 all inclusive (electricity, gas and internet), you will be responsible for paying your own Council Tax(Students Do Not pay Council Tax). A refundable deposit will be required of £350.

The room is furnished with a double bed, and a bed side cabinets, clothes rail and a Desk. There is a well-equipped open plan kitchen/dining/living room, a utility room with washing machine and a decked garden to the back. There is also a single off street parking place Subject to availability.

There is a bus stop 40 meters from the front door, the bus take only 10 minutes to get to the town center, there are also local shops only 5 minutes’ walk from the house.

I also have advertised a single bedroom in the same house the house is fitted with double glazing and Gas central heating

I am looking for a clean and tidy Student. No smokers and no pets please.
