Room for rent in large 4 bedroom detached house

I have one room for rent in the house I currently own and share with my girlfriend. Situated in a very nice and quiet part of Fife (10 minutes from Dunfermline, few minutes from M90 and less than 30 minutes to Edinburgh) with numerous local amenities nearby, the room is a double bedroom with adjacent bathroom and upstairs living area including full sky package and large TV. We also have a large livingroom and kitchen downstairs, along with a dining room and a toilet/sink facility. The living room has lovely French doors out to a good size and well landscaped rear garden which gets the sun (when it appears in this country!) during nice days. There is adequate space for people who have a car as well.

As for the two of us, both are 24 years old and professional, I work in oil and gas doing long shifts and my girlfriend is a Biomedical Scientist. Both of us have significant experience with regards to living with strangers having done exactly that for nearly 4 years when at University in Glasgow. We are extremely friendly, easy going and always up for any activity.

As I own the house, I'm literally just looking for someone to respect and enjoy it. If you are any good at gardening that would be huge benefit!
