Great Double bedroom in great location

There is a beautiful double bedroom for rent in a great flat in a good estate (Provost Kay Park). You get use of all the facilities in the flat and WIFI broadband. The bathroom is bath/shower. The living room has a flat screen TV as well as a ps3. The kitchen has washing machine and all basic kitchen appliances

I will be staying in the flat also. I are happy going people who attend the Adam Smith College. I am as hard working and like to have a laugh. i respect people and the boundaries and expect the same in return.
I would like somebody who is great to live with, not shy and like to get the banter, Also not a party thrower we have neighbors which we have to respect but doesn't mean you can’t have a good time though. I also like eople from other countries as I love learning new cultures. currently trying to be fluent in Italian

The flat is a 15 minute walk to the Adam Smith College, 15 minute walk to high street and where is all the shops and nightlife. 10 minute walk to the train station which you can easily commute to edinburgh or any where else. Also we have a car space available.
