I currently have two double rooms available. My south facing double room with private shower room adjacent at £130 per week, plus returnable £130 deposit, and my ensuite double room also at £130 per week with returnable £130 deposit. There is also a small south facing single room available with shared bathroom, at £100 per week, with returnable £100 deposit.

Our large family home is on the north bank of the River Forth.

Prices quoted are for a single person. Price for a couple on application.

Private off-road parking is available in our large garden. We are within 5 min drive of Rosyth and 10 min to Dunfermline. Train, bus and road links to Edinburgh allow easy access to the city centre within 20 minutes.

Fibre broadband throughout the house. Use of kitchen and cooking facilities. Laundry facilities also available. No bills. Looking for professional persons working in the area.

Bed linen and towels provided, room serviced weekly.
