The property is close to the Hospital and Morrisons, which only takes 5 minutes by walk. The house is spacious for two people to share; it has a spacious lounge and diner; a third single/box room left as empty for study or guest. The house is fully equipped, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, 40 inch HD TV with chromecast; the TV, washing machine and freezer are brand new. It is also in walkable distance to the university. It takes 20-25 minutes to get to the town and North Haugh science area. Ideally I'm looking for another professional to share the council tax but mature students would also be good. You will be sharing with a young male professional working at the university.
