Room in a nice flat close to the beach and forest

This flat is close to the sea, the golf course and the forest. It has a front and back garden and the back garden leads out onto playing fields, which are right next to the estuary.

There is a view across fields to the estuary and across to Broughty Ferry from the kitchen and from the rear bedroom, which will be your room. The golf course, beach and forest are within a few minutes walk.

You would be sharing the flat with myself and with my Jack Russell Terrier Milo. I am professional, working full-time, studying part-time, easy going, relaxed, clean and quiet.

The flat has double glazing and gas central heating and is warm and comfortable.

I am looking for a flatmate who is clean, quiet and respectful. I am working full-time whilst studying for an MSc part-time, so I need to live with somebody who is quiet.

It's a great place to live if you have a dog because there are lots of nice places to walk, including the forest and beach.

The room is available on a month by month basis. Tayport is around 10 minutes from Dundee or 30 minutes from St Andrews on the bus, although the buses from St Andrews to Tayport stop at 7pm.

The flat is ideal for somebody who has a car because the on-street parking is in a very quiet area. There is also a resident's car park to the rear as well as a public car park nearby.

For keen cyclists, there is a cycle path to central Dundee and, if you are feeling a little bit more energetic, you could cycle through the forest to Leuchars, then pick up the cycle path from Guardbridge to St Andrews.
