I am looking for a professional or student who wants to share a large 4 bedroomed house (one bedroom is in use as a study) with me and one other lodger. We have a weekly cleaner and this is included in the rent. All amenities including sky plus (rewind live tv) in 2 of the reception rooms and wireless free internet access. Fairfield is a sought after area with good transport links yet peaceful and quiet. The room on offer is very large and nicely furnished with lots of storage space, desk, office chair and a double bed ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED-NOTHING ELSE TO PAY. There is a big kitchen with all amenities and a huge oven, dishwasher etc. There is a lovely sunny conservatory for lazy days. I have one other lodger and we are a happy, laid back household.
I am a primary school teacher and have had lodgers for years, the only reason they ever leave is to buy their own place, most have stayed for years so that speaks for itself!!!!
