Hi! We currently have a 1 single rooms & 1 double bedroom available for rent in a house share in the Petts Wood/Bromley area. They are available from the 18th October and we are preferably looking for three female tenants. The rooms are fully furnished and are only £285 & £350pcm including all the bills and wireless broadband internet. The house is in a beautiful area and the houseshare is very friendly and easy going. The bus stops outside the front door and there are trains to victoria/london bridge/charring cross/waterloo about every 10-15mins. Bromley high street is a 5 minute drive away. We have a nice private garden and a communal green outside. There is also plenty parking and a local shop around the corner and you can walk to Petts Wood high street. The kitchen has all electrical appliances provided and there is a large fridge/freezer/washer/dryer.
