I am looking for someone who will take over the remainder of my contract (5 months left). It's a double room overlooking the garden at the back of the house. The person must be friendly, easy-going and laid-back. The house is kept in a good condition. The kitchen has a washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. Bathroom has shower and bath (as well as a toilet...obviously!) The landlord is really friendly(live in). Please enquire ASAP!!
