I have a large double room to rent in a 2 bed Victorian semi in walking distance (under 10 mins) to the hospital. The room contains a small double bed, a double wardrobe, single wardrobe, airing cupboard, large chest of drawers and a small TV and free view box are available if needed. I'm looking for a sociable, tidy and friendly housemate who will be sharing my home with me and not just renting a room.
I am quiet and friendly I work locally 8-5 Monday to Friday. I like a glass of wine or two in the evenings and sometimes a few more at the weekend although I am more of a pubber than a clubber.
A bit more about the rest of the house I have Sky plus in the lounge, a modern kitchen/diner, bathroom, landscaped garden (which will be great for BBQ's in the summer), dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and wireless broadband. All the bills are included in the rent. I have parking for two cars but it is one car behind the other so may require some car shuffling from time to time but there is also plenty of parking available in the road. I have one friendly cat who mostly keeps to herself and she sleeps about 23 and a 1/2 hours a day!
