Flat situated next to Wellgate Shopping centre. Large living room, small kitchen, one bathroom and 4 large bedrooms! Smallest room, yet still quite large, available for rent. Room has big built in cupboard! Bills not included in rent price. Electricity and gas approx forty pounds per month. Also flat has Sky plus, telephone and broadband internet access for only 8 ponuds each per month!

Only preference for us is that new flatmate is also female. One girl is a student and other two are working! We are very sociable people who like to go out once or twice a week, however, we all respect eachothers work times and do not bother eachother with loudness etc! We love to go to cinema, watch TV etc etc.. just the usual stuff :)!
