Hi, I have a double room available to rent in Southampton (less than 10 mins walk from General hospital). The house is shared with my partner and our cat. We are both aged 29, working full-time. We are quiet and friendly housemates - we don't have wild nights out during the week but like occasional nights out / in at the weekends.
Ideally looking for a similar friendly professional person who is happy to do their own thing but equally will make themselves at home and enjoy the odd chat and glass of wine. Preferably looking for a female housemate. Would also consider someone wanting the room for only part of the week.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sa, off road parking available and the main bus routes into town only 1 min walk away. The room is currently furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The price is £320 pcm inc Gas, electric, water, wireless broadband, TV licence, council tax and phone line rental.
(telephone calls are extra).

The house has a large lounge, Kitchen / diner, Upstairs bathroom, Downstairs toilet and shower room, Decent sized garden, Off road parking for one additional car, Additional spare bedroom (used as a second lounge which you can also use).
