Parking opposite. Chip, Kebab and Corner Shop all less than 2 min walk, University Campus short walk, Brighton Centre 25m walk, 8 min Bike or Bus. Friendly lovely people, but not a "party house" (tho we do have the occasional nice party!) We can't wait to hear from you. House and room must be seen. Fairly big garden for your use, would especially suit/ benefit from a keen gardener!

£100 holding deposit when view if want to take room, deducted from One months Rent plus bills payable on moving in house plus same as "Deposit" which can be used as final months rent+bills if you ever leave us!, or DEPOSIT FREE for as long as, or whenever, for +£5pw rent.

- the Wild Park on our doorstep, The Wild Park was purchased by the corporation in1925. Over 200 acres are now leased as farm land, the 90-acre park, apart from the playing fields in the valley, has been left as open downland and therefore in its wild state. An interesting nature trail starts at the steps adjacent to the pavilion, while the access road extends nearly half a mile up the valley towards the summer dry ski-slope. The ornamental area of about five acres alongside Lewes Road to the north is known simply as the Park or the Parkway, and was laid out in 1955. It received a Civic Trust Award in 1960,
