this is a double room to rent. with bed and storage. it has cd player and tv. central heating and double glazing throught the flat. you will have access to the brand new kitchen. gorgeous designer bathroom with shower, a large front room with sky television and broadband available and leather couchs. there is a very large garden out the back with medium size garden out front. it has private off road parking. all bills are included. i live here on my own and am looking for someone who i will get along with i work full time and go to the gym so am out most of the day. i amvery easy to get along with and always in a good mood. my activities get me out most nights so the place will usually be all to your self. i want someone who is working as definate. some one who is nice clean and no trouble and who can have a good laugh :) other than that id love to hear from you at anytime. this flat is very trendy and has every thing you need and will go soon.
