a victorian house in the heart of haverhill 12 miles ( 20min drive ) from newmarket , bury st edmonds, cambridge, saffron walden ,sudbury , 5min walk to bus station , and all shops , pubs and takeaways. tesco store is close bye. i have a large newly decorated double room plus a newly refurbished bathroom. a new modern kitchen with washing m/c, tumble drier etc. all i ask is that you clean up after yourself. free internet is available in your room and the rest of the house please ask any questions and if you want pics or sizes feel free to contact me. although there are slightly cheaper rooms in the area i can asure you my room and house are worth the extra please feel free to look first you will not be dissapointed. all my previous tennants have been more than impressed with my home and area! dont wait because i am getting many enquiries. normally the 1st person to come and see, has the room.
