I am looking for one friendly female professional to rent a spacious double bedroom in a large 3 bed semi detached house near Roath. The house is comprised of two spacious reception rooms, kitchen, down stairs toilet and upstairs bathroom. There is off road parking. The house is centrally located being located between 10 – 15 minutes drive from the city centre. There is a bus stop within 2 minutes walk and a train station within 7 minutes walk.
Appliances in the kitchen include a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and cooker.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a chest of drawers, two bed side units and wardrobe.
I am a 31 female professional and the other housemate is a 25 year female professional. We are both easy going and looking for a friendly professional female to share the house with. We enjoy nights out and nights in with a glass of wine!
