Hi

I m looking for the perfect housemate to come and share mine and Flashes wonderful sociable (but defiantly not a pat house) Home.

I am a 27 yr old young professional who is currently between jobs. My fantastic housemate is sadly for me moving out so she can get onto the property ladder. The latest she will move is 1st Mat as this is when our yr contract is up, but early moving dates are available if needed.

I live in a fantastic 3 floor maisonette down a beautiful cobbled little alley in the Heart of The South Lanes of Brighton, set about a min walk from the sea front, and 10 second walk from the front door to seeing the Sea… its fantastic!

You come in our front door (don’t forget to take your shoes off!) and walk up some almost cottage like stairs with wood banisters to our open planned carpeted living room when we have a wonderful feature fireplace, (Which sadly does not work) off the living room is a cute almost country style kitchen with all general kitchen amenities including gas hobs (not horrible electric ones) washing machine and fridge (I do not have a microwave or freezer though)

Also off the open planned living room is a fantastic bathroom with a separate shower and bath.

Walk up the next banistered stairs (with some wooden panelled areas) to the next floor where off the hall in balcony/roof terrace area, that I am currently using as my project to get into ship shape top notch order for the summer so as to have a really nice outside space… I have just purchased a fire pit table and am looking to get some great plants and bean bags out there… this area is really secluded which makes it a really nice area to use.

Off this second floor is the double room that will be going spare, this is a good size double with duel aspect windows, one looking directly onto the balcony, which gives you great light all day… this room also has a feature (non working) fireplace which is a beautiful focal point of the room.

Walk out of this room to some wood panelling and the final set of stairs that lead up to my bedroom in the eves of the house.

It is a beautiful home with tons of character, and great ginger Tom cat/kitten I own called Flash, who will soon be allowed out into the world to play, and is extremely loving, and also hilariously naughty at times.

I am looking for a housemate who is also looking for somewhere to be a home, and treat the place with as much love and care as me and my current housemate do.

I am a generally extremely tidy and clean person in personal and shared living spaces, and am not looking to live with someone who is looking for a place to throw parties in or party in all weekend. I do enjoy having friends over for dinner and films and drink, I love going out and socialising, and going dancing. We do have an extremely open and sociable household and iv always got friends over in the evenings watching films, so don’t think I am boring!!

Its generally a completely non smoking household, as I hate waking up in the morning and have the smell of cigarette smoke in the house, but I do like to have the odd rollie when iv had a drink, or in my bedroom out the window, but this is on a rare occasion, and I have and despise straight cigarettes’ being smoked in the house and the really smell!

I am a vegetarian, but really happy to live with meat eaters who have thought and care for the needs of a vegetarians views and morals when it comes to cooking, cleaning and storing meat.

I think iv made myself sound a little particular … and I am not all that bad, just looking to live with someone who has similar view and respect for my home as I do.
