I have a double room to let in my 2 bed terraced house. The house is nicely decorated and has a kitchen, bathroom and living room which will be shared. Rent includes all bills and Virgin TV in the room for rent. The room is also furnished.
The house is only a 2 min walk from the tram and bus stops in Hillsborough and from there it's only 10mins into town. There's also parking on the road and there's usually plenty of space nearby.
I'm an easy going female and work full time. Evenings/weekends I'm sometimes in but often out and about catching up with friends. Looking for a relatively clean and tidy housemate in 20s or 30s. My previous lodger has just moved out so the room is available now.
