Hi, my name is Ash and I am renting out a room in my house. I am looking for a nice down to earth friendly housemate who is easy to live with. I enjoy watching a bit of T. V, with a glass of wine. The In-betweeners is my favourite T. V. programme at the moment, I like to chill out at home during the week, do some cycling for a bit of excercise, and go out at weekends.

The house itself is cosy, clean and modern in a lovely part of portsmouth, the garden is large enough to have great barbeques, the kitchen is big with lots of storage space, the sitting room has two squashy chocolate leather sofas with a large screen t. v. and there is wireless internet available. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. It is close to Fratton train station as well as being not far from bus stops and a Tesco express. It's a really nice place to live.

The room for rent is a large double room , the windows are double glazed, it is done up in cream, It has lots of storage space, a double bed, cupboard, wardrobe, side table, shelves, a lamp, carpet, a rug and a full length mirror. It is a lovely house to live in. The Room is light and airy and very ikea-ish! The £350 includes all bills as it means there is never any falling out over nasty bills!!
