I have a double room to rent available from the 1st March until the end of August 2010.
The house is situated on Bear road, just off Lewes road, with great access to London Road and Moulescoomb station, and indeed the Universities.
It is sharing with 7 other students. It is a large sociable house with a big kitchen and lounge, 2 bathrooms, roof space for storage and garden. Parking is available on the road.

The rent is £350 per month, excluding bills- which aren't much as it's split between 8 people. The room comes with a bed (incl, drawers for storage), desk, chair and wardrobe.
